As a desktop-based video editing software, TimeBolt primarily processes your data locally on your device. We only collect limited information when you interact with our software and services.

  4. Note with respect to the TimeBolt service Umcheck: If a user decides to transcribe their video and upload an audio or video file on our website for a quote or to be transcribed, the information you provide is kept confidential and used only to complete that project.

Note with respect to the TimeBolt service Umcheck: The TimeBolt service Umcheck automatically processes your Projects, but it does not involve human access to your Projects unless we are required to do so by law. All media files are auto deleted after 48 hours from time of transcription. The JSON transcription will remain available unless directed by the user to delete by emailing [email protected].

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

  1. With your consent: We may share your information when we have your explicit consent to do so.
