L - increase preview speed
O - turn scenes on/off
P - Punch in (alt/enter plus arrow keys to move around)

Should I export XML or Plugin with Premiere?
The only time it makes sense to export with Premiere Plugin is when you have multiple camera angles. Else use XML.
